Pi Shurlok offers comprehensive electronics manufacturing capabilities from our plant in Pietermaritzburg, South Africa. Established in 1970, the factory consists of four separate flexible assembly plants with a combined floor area of 8 300m² (27,231 ft).
The factory meets all OEM automotive quality standards and has full environmental and EMC test capabilities. The plant includes SMD facilities, selective soldering, wave soldering, wiring harness fabrication, state-of-the-art test equipment and full in-house plastic injection facilities. All equipment is maintained in inert environments with clean rooms and anti-static floors.
We operate a policy of continuous improvement and upgrade of our manufacturing plant. Another major upgrade was completed in 2004 which allows Pi Shurlok to keep abreast of worldwide state-of-the-art technology and equipment to maintain the high quality levels you expect and require.
